You can now configure notification destinations from Cloud Observability’s alert configuration page. The change helps you streamline the alert creation process – you no longer have to leave the alert configuration page to create new notification destinations.
To use the new workflow, go to the Notification rules section on the alert configuration page, select the relevant destination type, and click Search for a destination name > + Create a destination.
