The Helm charts used in the Quickstarts to install OpenTelemetry Collectors have been updated to send Collector configurations directly to Cloud Observability.
Cloud Observability uses the OpenTelemetry Open Agent Management Protocol (OpAMP) to receive Collector configurations, allowing you to view those files from the Collector Health page.
Collectors running in a Kubernetes environment use the OpAMP bridge as the agent. When you use one of the Kubernetes Quickstarts to install the Collector, the Helm charts now automatically enable the bridge.
